After the deadly offensive by Hamas against Israel on Oct.7 2023, the Gaza Strip has been violently and intensively bombarded by the Israeli army. Over a year later, these strikes have killed more than 40,000 people, including thousands of children. The scale of the material damage, combined with the human tragedy and the colonising ambitions of certain members of Benjamin Netanyahu's government, raise many questions about the future of this Palestinian territory.
