The arrival in Beirut a few days ago of Saudi Arabia’s new ambassador, Fahd al-Doussari, is no ordinary diplomatic event.The first change of Saudi ambassador to Lebanon in more than a decade comes amid a warming of relations between Beirut and Riyadh.
