Iran-US peace deal likely finalized within 24 hours, Pakistan says

Pakistani Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, whose government is mediating between Iran and the United States to end their war, said Saturday that a peace agreement will "likely" be finalized within 24 hours.

"We are closer than ever to a peace agreement. While the finalization will likely take place within the next 24 hours, Pakistan is preparing for the electronic signing of the peace deal immediately afterward, followed by technical discussions next week," he said in a post on X.
