On July 9 at 6:30 p.m., the Beirut Art Center (BAC) will host the launch of Gaza in My Phone (OR Books), a new book by Lebanese artist Mazen Kerbaj. The collection compiles drawings Kerbaj posted on social media in response to tragic news, transforming raw images into visual meditations meant to be seen and discussed.At BAC, the artist will present nearly all of the drawings created between Oct. 7, 2023, and Jan. 15, 2025, arranged chronologically to map — line by line — a world in crisis.
