BEIRUT — The Ras Baalbeck city hall was vandalized on Wednesday evening, according to L'Orient Today's correspondent in the region. The village is located in the northern Bekaa, in Baalbeck district.

Unidentified vandals destroyed the offices and caused significant material damage within the municipality's main building. Security forces intervened and are reportedly in the process of trying to apprehend the perpetrators. The suspects' motives are unknown at this point in time.
