Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas began a three-day visit to Lebanon on Wednesday, during which he would address the sensitive issue of disarming Palestinian camps in the country, in the wake of the Gaza war and the recent deadly conflict between Hezbollah and Israel.In a joint statement, Abbas and Lebanese President Joseph Aoun said that weapons would no longer be allowed to operate outside state control.
