A month after his last visit to Baabda Presidential Palace (during the formation of the government), Speaker of Parliament Nabih Berri returned Friday for a meeting with President Joseph Aoun. The objective? To try to agree on the name of the future head of General Security, a position traditionally held by Shiites.“They agreed without really agreeing,” commented a figure close to Baabda.
