The Israeli army announced on Sunday that it had struck rocket launchers in southern Lebanon, which it described as posing an "imminent threat."
"A strike was carried out against several rocket launchers that posed an imminent threat to Israeli civilians in southern Lebanon," the army stated in a press release. It added that it had also conducted a "precision strike" elsewhere in Lebanon "against a military site [...] where Hezbollah activity had been identified."
