Gasoline and diesel prices continue to rise in Lebanon, according to the latest price list published Friday by the Energy and Water Ministry. Gasoline prices (95 and 98 octane) as well as diesel have increased by about 7 percent in a month and a week. However, the price of domestic gas, which changes less frequently, remained stable, while the price of fuel oil recorded a decrease.
- 20 liters of 95 octane gasoline: 1,495,000 LL (+3,000 LL)
- 20 liters of 98 octane gasoline: 1,535,000 LL (+3,000 LL)
- 20 liters of diesel (for vehicles): 1,407,000 LL (+2,000 LL)
- Domestic gas cylinder: 1,097,000 LL (unchanged)
- Kiloliter of fuel oil (used to power private electric generators): $709.07, down $12.46 from Tuesday's scale.
