The Israeli military expressed deep concern on Saturday about the "fate" of the last two child hostages in Gaza, according to its spokesperson, Rear Admiral Daniel Hagari. His televised statement came after the release of four Israeli female soldiers by Hamas and Islamic Jihad.
"Israel demands the return [...] of Shiri Bibas and her children, whose fate deeply concerns us," said Hagari, referring to Kfir and Ariel Bibas, aged 2 and 5. The two children were abducted along with their mother on Oct. 7, 2023, during an attack in southern Israel.
