At least 122 Palestinians, including 33 children and 33 women, have been killed since Hamas and Israel announced a cease-fire agreement, according to Gaza's civil defense, as cited by Al Jazeera.
Most of the casualties, 92, occurred in Gaza City, 19 in Khan Younis, about 10 in central Gaza and two in Rafah in the south, Mahmoud Basal, spokesperson for the rescue service, said on Telegram.
More than 270 Palestinians have also been injured since the announcement of the agreement, which is set to take effect Sunday at 8:30 a.m. local time, Basal added.
