UAE Foreign Minister Abdullah bin Zayed received his Israeli counterpart, Gideon Saar, in Abu Dhabi on Tuesday in the first official meeting between high-level officials from the two countries since Hamas’ attack on Oct. 7, 2023.The discussions focused on the humanitarian crisis in the Gaza Strip and regional and international efforts to bring about a lasting cease-fire, the official Emirates News Agency (WAM) reported.
