Israeli media reported on Sunday that France alleged 52 cease-fire violations by the Israeli army in Lebanon, adding that Israel was bypassing the international committee tasked with monitoring compliance with the truce agreement.

According to Yedioth Ahronoth and i24News, France called on Israel to show patience, saying that the Lebanese government and army must be allowed to demonstrate their commitment within the framework of the agreement in force since last Wednesday. The Lebanese troops must notably deploy in the south of the country, and more particularly south of the Litani River, from where Hezbollah must withdraw.

This information comes as Israel carries out daily strikes in Lebanon, citing threats linked to Hezbollah, which have not been documented so far. In addition, Israel prohibits the Lebanese from traveling to villages located south of a line formed by the Lebanese villages of Shebaa, Habarieh, Marjayoun, Arnoun, Yohmor, Kantara, Saqra, Braasheet, Yatar and Mansouri.

Israel says the agreement's enforcement mechanism will begin to come into full effect early this week.
