Samy Gemayel, the leader of the Kataeb party, is currently on a diplomatic tour in France and the United States. During his visit, he has met with French Foreign Minister Jean-Noël Barrot, U.S. Special Envoy Amos Hochstein, and Massad Boulos, a businessman once considered a possible mediator in negotiations to end the war in Lebanon.
