MEA flights revised or cancelled for Monday Oct. 30 and Tuesday Oct. 31

BEIRUT — Middle East Airlines (MEA) continues to modify and cancel flights in and out of Beirut International Airport due to tensions and risks arising from the Hamas-Israel war, which has spilled over to the Lebanese-Israeli border.

Monday 30 October

MEA has revised the scheduling of 20 flights (10 round trips) between Beirut and Milan, Larnaca, Istanbul, Cairo, Jeddah, Abu Dhabi, Riyadh, Dubai, Doha, and finally Abidjan with a stopover in Lagos.

MEA has also cancelled 24 flights (12 round trips) linking Beirut to London, Athens, Istanbul, Cairo, Amman, Baghdad, Jeddah, Kuwait City, Riyadh and Dubai.

Tuesday 31 October

MEA has revised the scheduling of 13 flights, including six round trips between Beirut and Frankfurt, Athens, Istanbul, Cairo, Erbil and Kuwait City. In addition, one Rome-Beirut flight was modified.

MEA has also cancelled 28 flights (14 round trips) between Beirut and London, Paris, Larnaca, Istanbul, Yerevan, Cairo, Amman, Jeddah, Abu Dhabi, Riyadh, Dubai, Dammam (Saudi Arabia) and Doha.
