BEIRUT – The Ministry of Environment warned citizens of the high risk of forest fires breaking out in the next three days.Here’s what we know:    • Fire index maps issued by the fire laboratory at the University of Balamand and the National Council for Scientific Research indicate a severe danger, due to the possibility of fires that would be difficult to control easily and the possibility of their sudden and rapid expansion, especially in the Bekaa and Baalbeck-Hermel governorates.    • The Ministry of Environment called on citizens to refrain from using any source of fire near any plant, such as burning dry weeds and fireworks.    • It had also called on the civil defense and municipalities to increase readiness and preparedness to combat any fires that may erupt....
