An Israeli drone has fired a missile on a motorcycle near the Lebanese army barracks in the city of Sour this morning, leaving one person seriously wounded.
Moreover, Israeli airstrikes have targeted the villages of Qalawieh (Bint Jbeil district) and Qlaileh (Sour). Israeli warplanes have been also flying over the city of Saida at a low altitude.
Meanwhile, efforts are still ongoing to recover victims from beneath the rubble in Qana (Sour), following the airstrikes that targeted the village last night.

Vance leaves Pakistan
U.S. Vice President JD Vance left Islamabad on Sunday after the failure of negotiations with Iran aimed at ending the war in the Middle East, with his plane taking off shortly after 02:00 GMT.
Less than an hour earlier, he said at a brief press conference that he was “returning to the United States without having reached an agreement,” after 21 hours of talks with Iran mediated by Pakistan.
Iran–US talks in Islamabad stall over ‘two important issues,’ Tehran says
Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Esmail Baghaei said the talks were held in “an atmosphere of mistrust,” stressing it was “natural” not to expect an agreement after a single session, Reuters reports.
He said the sides had nonetheless agreed on several points, but that disagreements remained over “two important issues,” preventing a deal, according to Iranian media.
The spokesperson added that contacts and consultations between Iran, Pakistan and “other friendly partners” in the region would continue.
Pakistan urges Tehran and Washington to continue respecting truce
Pakistani Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar said it was “imperative” that Iran and the United States continue to respect their commitments under the 15-day truce agreed between the two sides, stressing the need to preserve diplomatic progress.
He also expressed his “gratitude” to Tehran and Washington for acknowledging Pakistan’s efforts to secure a cease-fire.
Iran says ‘unreasonable’ US demands derailed negotiations
“Unreasonable” U.S. demands led to the failure of negotiations in Islamabad between Iranian and American officials aimed at ending the war in the Middle East, Iran’s state television (IRIB) said Sunday.
“The Iranian delegation negotiated tirelessly and intensively for 21 hours to defend the national interests of the Iranian people. Despite various initiatives on its part, the unreasonable demands of the U.S. side prevented the talks from progressing. The negotiations have therefore ended,” IRIB wrote on Telegram.
Vance says he is returning to the US without a deal with Iran
U.S. Vice President JD Vance said Sunday he is returning to the United States without an agreement with Iran, after presenting what he described as a “final and best” offer to end the war.
“We are returning to the United States without having reached an agreement,” Vance said during a brief press conference in Islamabad, where U.S. and Iranian officials had been negotiating since Saturday.
"We leave here with a very simple proposal, a method of understanding that this is our final and best offer. We'll see if the Iranians accept it," he added.
Vance suggested he is giving Iran more time to consider the U.S. proposal. Washington had announced Tuesday a two-week suspension of its military campaign launched with Israel on Feb. 28. He reiterated that the core dispute between the United States and Iran concerns Tehran’s nuclear weapons program.
"The simple fact is that we need to see an affirmative commitment that they will not seek a nuclear weapon and they will not seek the tools that will enable them to quickly achieve a nuclear weapon," Vance said.
Vance did not address disagreements over another key issue — the reopening of the strategic Strait of Hormuz, through which roughly a fifth of global oil trade passes. He insisted that President Donald Trump — who said Saturday he did not mind whether a deal with Iran was reached or not — had taken a conciliatory approach during the negotiations.
"I think that we were quite flexible. We were quite accommodating. The president told us, You need to come here in good faith and make your best effort to get a deal. We did that and, unfortunately, we weren't able to make headway,” he said.
