Additional Israeli strikes hit Shehabieh in Sour, an area between Aaramta and Rihan in Jezzine. Israeli airstrikes also hit the Islamic Health Committee, a medical association affiliated to Hezbollah, in Haris (Bint Jbeil). Initial reports indicate casualties recorded, our correspondent added.

Kataeb MP urges state of emergency, roadblocks after Ain Saade strike
Following the strike in Ain Saade, Kataeb MP Elias Hankash called for a state of emergency and the deployment of roadblocks to better “identify and inspect accommodation centers and rented apartments.”
“We renew our call on the president, the defense and interior ministers, the army commander and the head of the Internal Security Forces to impose roadblocks and help municipalities carry out inspections,” Hankash said on X. “Declaring a state of emergency is the solution,” he added, criticizing the delay in taking such measures.
A state of emergency would grant expanded powers to the army and security agencies to manage crises.
Hezbollah official killed in Israeli strike on Jnah
A Hezbollah military official, Hussein Msheimesh, was killed in a powerful Israeli strike that hit a building in Jnah, in Beirut’s southern suburbs, on Sunday afternoon, according to our correspondent and announcements among the group’s supporters.
Msheimesh was from Kfar Sir, in the Nabatieh district.
The strike, which hit a neighborhood not regularly targeted by the Israeli army and with no evacuation threat, killed four people and wounded 39, according to the Health Ministry.

The United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon (UNIFIL) warned that Hezbollah and Israeli forces are firing projectiles and bullets toward or near its positions, noting that such actions have already caused deaths and injuries among peacekeepers.
“We have also been extremely concerned about attacks that both ... have carried out from near our positions, which could potentially draw return fire,” UNIFIL spokeswoman Kandice Ardiel said. She also warned that the presence of fighters near peacekeepers’ living and working areas increases the risk of these sites being targeted.
UNIFIL called on all parties to "We further urge them to put down their weapons and work seriously toward a cease-fire."

According to information from Israel's Channel 14, Hezbollah's attack this morning on a "warship" hit a British ship following a "misidentification."

Hezbollah claims attacks against Israeli soldiers in 3 South sectors: Shamaa, Aidata and Khiam
Hezbollah has claimed responsibility for several attacks against Israeli forces in southern Lebanon, in the three border areas. In Shamaa (Sour district), 7 km from the border, Hezbollah detonated an explosive device against an Israeli force near the fortress, inflicting "confirmed losses," targeting "with artillery shells" the evacuation force that went to the scene, according to a statement from the group.
It also targeted Israeli army groupings twice in Ainata (Bint Jbeil), first on Friz Hill, then on Ghadmetha Hill, as well as east of Khiam Prison (Marjayoun).
In addition, Hezbollah fired twice in northern Israel at Nahariya, the Meron base, Metula, and the Al-Ajal hill, north of Kfar Yuval.

From south Lebanon, Eyal Zamir vows to 'intensify' operations against Hezbollah
Israeli army's chief of staff, Eyal Zamir, went to southern Lebanon, where his troops are continuing their invasion of the region to reportedly establish a "buffer zone." Zamir vowed to "intensify" operations against Hezbollah, according to the military's statement.
The statement added that Zamir went to "Ras al-Bayada area, the northernmost point in southern Lebanon where Israeli soldiers are currently operating."
Bayyada is located on the coast, about 8 kilometers from the nearest point on the border and about 15 kilometers away from the coastal city of Sour. The Israeli army occupied this last week, as well as the village of Shamaa. Meanwhile, Hezbollah has continued to claim attacks at invading troops and army vehicles in these areas.
The statement added that Zamir told the troops that the attacks against Hezbollah "will intensify."

Iranian missile hits a building in Haifa, injures 4
A seven-story residential building in northern Haifa was struck by a direct Iranian missile on Sunday, injuring at least four people, one seriously, Israeli authorities said, AFP reports.
An army official confirmed the building was hit “by a direct missile impact” and identified the missile as Iranian.
Magen David Adom, Israel’s emergency medical service, said an 82-year-old man was pulled from the rubble with serious injuries, while three others, including a 10-month-old baby, suffered minor injuries. Meanwhile, Haaretz reported that search operations are still underway, and that the building is at risk of collapsing.

The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) claimed to have shot down a plane participating in the search for the American pilot who has been missing since his plane crashed on Friday over southern Iran, in the Isfahan region.
The news agency published a photo on its Telegram channel showing thick smoke rising from a field with the caption: “Trump’s desperate attempt to cover up a huge defeat.”

Iranian strikes on the Gulf: 'Damage' to power plants and desalination plants in Kuwait, United Arab Emirates attacked

In the past few hours, Hezbollah has claimed responsibility for two new attacks against Malkiya and the Zarit barracks in northern Israel, as well as two rocket attacks against Israeli soldiers in Ainata, a Lebanese town on the outskirts of Bint Jbeil, which the Israelis are attempting to advance on.
Masnaa border crossing threatened with Israeli strikes, trucks and detainees evacuated overnight
So far, the Israeli army has not carried out any strikes on the Masnaa border crossing on the Syrian-Lebanese border, which it threatened on Saturday evening. The Israeli army had accused Hezbollah of using this crossing point, one of the main ones between the two countries in the Bekaa Valley, to transfer weapons.

In addition to the series of strikes on Kfar Hatta (Saida), the Israeli army also bombed Siddiqine, Ain Baal, Batoulieh, killing one person, and Shehabieh in the Sour district overnight Saturday to Sunday.
In the Bint Jbeil district, it struck Kafra and Kfar Dounin. It also conducted a strike on the "Rahbat" (the "nuns") neighborhood of the city of Nabatieh, in the district of the same name, and on Kfar Sir, in the same region, killing a woman. Another airstrike targeted the strategic Wadi Hujeir valley, south of the Litani River, as well as Sowaneh, in the Marjayoun district.

Israeli warplanes carried out six airstrikes after 2 a.m. on the village of Kfar Hatta, east of Saida, following an evacuation order. According to our correspondent in southern Lebanon, the bombings targeted a house that was still inhabited, where a couple, their children, and grandchildren were living. So far, at least four bodies have been recovered from the rubble, and the search continues.
Following Israeli threats, dozens of residents had fled the village. In its message, the Israeli army urged residents to move at least one kilometer away from the village.
Trump says 'many' military leaders died in Tehran strike
Hours earlier, the U.S. president had declared that "many" senior Iranian military officials had been killed in an airstrike, in a message on his Truth Social network accompanied by a video showing overnight explosions.
"Many of Iran's military leaders, who led poorly and recklessly, are wiped out, along with many other things, by this massive strike in Tehran!" Trump wrote. A video just over a minute long shows a nighttime cityscape and a series of explosions in the distance. The video is undated and its location is not specified.
So far, no further deaths of Iranian officials have been announced.
Iran: Second missing US pilot is 'safe and sound': Trump
The second U.S. pilot, wanted in Iran since Friday after a fighter jet was shot down, is "safe and sound," Donald Trump announced.
"WE FOUND HIM!" the U.S. president wrote on his Truth Social network, stating that the serviceman is "safe and sound," but wounded. He called the search and rescue operation conducted by the military one of the "most daring in American history," while Tehran had offered a reward for the fighter pilot's capture. The pilot's location was, Trump asserted, "under 24-hour surveillance," and "dozens of aircraft" were mobilized for his rescue, he continued, expressing his satisfaction that both pilots were recovered "without a single American being killed or even injured."
For its part, Iran claimed to have shot down a U.S. aircraft during the rescue operations, according to a media outlet cited by AFP.
