The Israeli army reportedly conducted a helicopter raid around midnight on the village of Serghaya, in the Mount Hermon mountains on the Syrian side of the border, just outside villages in the Bekaa Valley, reports our correspondent. The village of Serghaya is indeed located in Syrian territory, but it borders Lebanon.
According to a security source interviewed by our correspondent, the Israeli helicopters that repeatedly flew over the area were not detected by radar on the Lebanese side.
Furthermore, a loud explosion was heard in the Anti-Lebanon Mountains, but its nature remains unknown.
Qatari prime minister says he will seek to de-escalate tensions with Iran in interview with Sky News
Qatari Prime Minister Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman al-Thani said in an interview broadcast on Sky News that his country will continue to seek de-escalation with Iran, Reuters reports.

Strike on Raouche: Israel claims it killed 5 senior officials of Lebanese Corps affiliated with IRGC
The Israeli army claims to have targeted five senior officials of the "Lebanese Corps," affiliated with the Quds Force of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, by striking a hotel room in Raouche during a "precision airstrike in Beirut," according to Israeli army spokesperson Avichay Adraee.

Violent strike at northern entrance of the Ain al-Hilweh camp, several injured
Shortly after 4:30 p.m., two Israeli missiles landed just north of the Palestinian Ain al-Hilweh camp in the city of Saida, and ambulances were dispatched to the scene, reports our correspondent.
The raid targeted a house in the Taamir-Ain al-Hilweh neighborhood, a few hundred meters from a Lebanese Army post. The location is at the lower northern entrance to the camp. It appears the missile was fired from a frigate at sea.
According to a rescuer speaking to our correspondent, there are several wounded civilians and Lebanese Army soldiers.
US 'is not targeting any Iranian energy infrastructure'
The United States does not plan to strike Iranian energy infrastructure as part of the U.S.-Israeli offensive against the Islamic Republic, U.S. Energy Secretary Chris Wright said Sunday.
Interviewed on CNN, the U.S. official also stated that the conflict and the disruptions it is causing to oil and gas flows would last, "at worst, only a few weeks, not months."

Contacted by L’Orient-Le Jour, head of Ghazieh's municipality Hassan Ghaddar said three apartments were hit in the strike, two of which were housing families displaced by Israeli attacks on south Lebanon.
The Israeli army also launched strikes on Taybeh (Marjayoun), while Israeli artillery intermittently shelled the towns of Khiam (Marjayoun) and Shebaa (Hasbaya).
At the same time, Israeli drones were flying over the Aley district.
Southern Lebanon: Israeli strikes on Anqoun and Aitit kill 6
An Israeli strike at dawn on a house in Anqoun (Saida district) killed two people, a father and his son, according to our correspondent. The wife is in critical condition.
An Israeli drone strike also targeted the town of Kounin (Bint Jbeil).
An Israeli airstrike on Aitit (Sour) killed four people.
South Lebanon: Israeli massacre in Sir al-Gharbieh kills at least 15
This morning's Israeli strike on Sir al-Gharbieh (Nabatieh) killed over 15 people, our correspondent reported, noting that four families lived in the targeted building.
In Qana (Sour), an Israeli strike killed at least three and wounded three others. Among the houses targeted was that of the village mukhtar, located behind the municipality.
The Israeli army also carried out an air strike on Khiam (Marjayoun).
Israeli drones are constantly flying over Saida and the Palestinian camps in the region.
Iran says it is ready for at least six months of war
Iran's Revolutionary Guards said Sunday that the country's forces could wage an "intense war" for six months, at the current speed of fighting, against the United States and Israel.
Guards spokesman Ali Mohammad Naini said Iran had so far used "first and second generation" missiles, but will use "advanced and less-used long-range missiles" in the coming days.
Tehran accused the U.S. and Israel of striking an oil depot in the Iranian capital on Saturday, the first reported assault on the Islamic Republic's oil infrastructure as stock markets have slumped and crude prices surged.
South Lebanon: Israeli strikes continue overnight
According to our correspondent in the South, Israeli strikes hit the following villages overnight:
— In the Nabatieh district (north of the Litani): Habboush, Nabatieh Fawqa, Jibsheet, Kfar Roummane.
— In the Sour district: Jabal al-Botm, killing three people; Shaaitieh.
— In the Saida district: Teffahta, killing five people.
— In the Bint Jbeil district: Aita al-Jabal.
Clashes also took place between Hezbollah and the Israeli army in Aitaroun (Bint Jbeil) during an Israeli raid in the area.
Israeli army orders residents of four villages in Nabatieh to evacuate
The Israeli army ordered residents of Arnoun, Yohmor, Zawtar Sharqieh and Zawtar Gharbieh, all in the Nabatieh district, to “evacuate immediately” and head north.
Gulf: Iran hits desalination plant in Bahrain, drone attack foiled in Riyadh, Kuwait airport targeted
Despite a statement the previous day by Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian that Tehran would stop striking “neighboring countries,” attacks continued against Gulf states.
— Three people were injured this morning by missile debris in Bahrain, the Interior Ministry said. “Following Iran’s blatant aggression, material damage was caused to a university building in the Muharraq area after missile fragments fell,” the ministry said in a statement on X. In addition, a desalination plant was damaged by an Iranian drone, according to authorities.
— The Saudi Defense Ministry announced early this morning that a drone attack had been foiled. “An attempt to target Riyadh’s diplomatic quarter with a drone was thwarted,” a spokesperson wrote on X, adding that the device’s neutralization caused no material damage or civilian injuries.
— Drones also attacked fuel tanks at Kuwait International Airport early this morning, the Defense Ministry said. Minutes later, Kuwait's military said in a post on X that it was dealing with “missile and drone attacks,” without specifying the number.
South Lebanon: Israeli strike on Sir al-Gharbieh kills at least 6
An Israeli strike around 6:30 a.m. on Sir al-Gharbieh (Nabatieh district) killed at least six people, according to L'Orient Today's correspondent in the South.
Local sources said four families were living in the targeted building and rescue operations are ongoing.
South Lebanon: Israeli strike on Khirbet Silm kills 6
Yesterday's Israeli strike on Khirbet Silm killed six people, according to the Health Ministry's latest available toll.
Separately, an Israeli strike hit a residential building in Qana (Sour).
Israeli strike on Raouche kills 4
Around 2:40 a.m. overnight, Israel carried out a strike on the Ramada Hotel Beirut in Raouche, on Beirut's seafront, killing four people, according to the Health Ministry.
Israel claimed it targeted key commanders of Iran's elite Quds Force of the Revolutionary Guards but did not name them.
After issuing more evacuation orders for Beirut’s southern suburbs, the Israeli army struck the area around 3:30 a.m.
