Several Lebanese army soldiers were injured during a raid conducted by military units and the intelligence directorate Monday night in the Jabal Mohsen neighborhood of Tripoli.
Security sources indicated that an individual wanted for drug trafficking attempted to resist arrest by throwing a grenade, whose shrapnel injured the Lebanese soldiers. They were transferred to city hospitals for treatment, while the army succeeded in arresting the wanted man and taking him in for interrogation.
