Électricité du Liban (EDL) announced on Monday that it has completed repairs to damage caused by Israeli strikes on the Zahrani-Nabatieh power line in southern Lebanon.

In a statement, the state electricity provider confirmed it had "completed the repair of all the damage caused by the Israeli aggression on the Zahrani-Nabatieh line and at the main switching station in Nabatieh." EDL added that power has already been restored to stations in Sour, Laboueh, Marjayoun, Baalbeck and Hermel.

The company also noted that it would provide a full report on nationwide repairs at a later date, as part of the emergency plan implemented following the cease-fire.

Power stations and infrastructure across Lebanon sustained significant damage during Israel's recent military campaign in the country.
