Exclusive: Satellite imagery shows Israeli evacuation warnings during the war may have been used to ‘terrorize’ rather than protect civilians
Israel says its use of evacuation warnings makes it ‘the most moral army in the world,’ but legal experts have raised serious concerns that they may have violated international law by not adequately protecting civilians.
