I went to Bobo Fou, which opened its doors in November 2023, with high expectations. Understandably, as behind this concept is entrepreneur Maya Bekhazi Noun, known in the restaurant industry for her high standards and nearly 25-year career in the F&B sector. From Pinocchio to Tribeca, Fiona’s, Spin the Hen, and Curli Q, Maya Noun has received numerous awards and accolades throughout her many successful projects.A Stunning DecorAs soon as we arrived, our attention was drawn to the beautiful decoration. Delphine Gebran outdid herself; the colors, patterns, and lighting create a beautiful harmony. The marble bar and hand-carved walls are as charming as the deep yellow fabric chairs and the bird sculptures hanging from the ceiling.
