Investigators believe the Syrian regime was behind a 2018 chlorine attack on the town of Douma that killed 43 people, the global chemical weapons watchdog said on Friday in a long-awaited report.
"There are reasonable grounds to believe that the Syrian Arab Air Forces were the perpetrators of the chemical weapons attack on 7 April 2018 in Douma," the Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW) said in a statement.
