BEIRUT — A hand grenade was found on Monday in a building in Tripoli, our correspondent in the city reports.

Here’s what we know:

     • The Lebanese Army quickly deployed to the scene and cordoned off the area.

    • Over the past few months, explosives and rockets have been repeatedly found abandoned in different parts of Lebanon.
