An Israeli drone strike killed two people, including a member of the Internal Security Forces (ISF), as they were driving on a road in the city of Zahle, in the Bekaa.
The two victims of this attack are ISF sergeant Ali Mazloum and his nephew, Mohammad Jamal, whose charred bodies were found inside the targeted vehicle, according to sources from our correspondent in the region.
They were traveling in a Renault car, registered to a member of the al-Attar family, while Ali Mazloum was on his way to his post in Beirut.
In total, at least nine people were killed on Thursday in Lebanon by Israeli strikes carried out across southern Lebanon and the Bekaa.
