Fire at hotel on Hamra Street contained

A fire that broke out overnight from Thursday to Friday at a hotel on Hamra Street in Beirut was brought under control around 3 a.m. at dawn by the Civil Defense."Civil Defense teams contained the fire to fully control it and prevent the flames from spreading to other parts of the building, as well as to provide first aid to residents," the Civil Defense Directorate General said in a statement.The statement noted that two people were hospitalized after suffering from respiratory difficulties caused by the thick smoke that spread throughout the building.Un incendie maîtrisé dans un hôtel de la rue Hamra...
