At least one Palestinian was killed on Saturday by Israeli army fire in the Bureij refugee camp, in central Gaza, a hospital source told the Qatari channel Al-Jazeera.
Despite the cease-fire agreement in place since Oct. 10, Israeli attacks in the Palestinian enclave have killed 241 people, with an additional 614 injured and 522 deaths of individuals whose bodies were recovered from under the rubble, according to the latest figures published by the local Ministry of Health.
In total, at least 69,169 Palestinians have been killed and 170,685 others injured since the start of the Israeli offensive in the Gaza Strip on Oct. 7, 2023.
