BEIRUT — A man threw three grenades at the house of his love interest in the village of Ramieh, South Lebanon, on Friday night after her family rejected his marriage proposal, L’Orient Today’s correspondent in the south reported.
According to our correspondent, residents of the area reported that the grenades caused a fire that burned two cars in the courtyard of the house. The blaze was extinguished, while family leaders in the village intervened to prevent the conflict from escalating, our reported added.
