BEIRUT — Lebanon's Internal Security Forces released a statement on Saturday circulating the photo of a missing French national.
Michèle Valligny, 84, left her retirement home near Beirut's Furn al-Chebbak suburb on Thursday and has not yet returned. She was reportedly heading for the Sanayeh area.
“Those who have seen [Valligny] or have any information about her or her whereabouts are requested to contact the Central Criminal Investigation Department in the Judicial Police Unit at one of the two numbers: 01-422965 or 01-424336," the ISF statement said.
Anyone with information can also report to the department building located in the Ministry of Justice in Beirut, the statement concluded.
