Hezbollah claims over 2,100 operations against Israel in 250 days

BEIRUT — Hezbollah claims it has carried out 2,125 military operations against Israel since Oct. 8, with an average of nine attacks a day, causing over 2,000 casualties according to an infographic released by the Iran-backed party on Thursday.

Hezbollah also claimed it has displaced over 200,000 Israelis, forcing them to evict over 40 settlements after striking 35 kilometers deep into Israel.

Hezbollah said it used over 400 artillery shells, 900 surface-to-surface missiles, 59 air defense weapons, 100 airstrikes, and over 600 rockets. Using those weapons and more, the party claimed it has targeted 304 Israeli settlements, over 1,500 border sites and points, 110 bases and barracks and 59 drones and warplanes.

Hezbollah said it destroyed 122 Israeli command centers, 493 bunkers, 930 settlement units, 10 iron dome platforms and seven Israeli drones.

For their part, Israeli authorities have said at least 19 Israeli soldiers and eight civilians have been killed by Hezbollah strikes since Oct. 8.
