The two sisters Yasmina and Elissa Yared, already known for founding Cinco and Sapa, the new restaurant, opened on May 2, which is nestled in the old Maillon space at Achrafieh's Sofil Center. "Mimi" is a continuation of their journey, but with a different ambition: blending fine dining and a festive atmosphere in a chic and surprising setting."We were inspired by a Parisian concept: a sit-down restaurant, on comfortable chairs around low tables, with real cuisine," Yasmina explains.
