UNI, a new Japanese-Peruvian fusion restaurant, opened April 21 in Beirut’s Sursock neighborhood, offering what its founders call an “elegant and immersive” dining experience. The 230-square-meter space — including a 60-square-meter terrace — blends modern design with culinary tradition.The interior features sleek black tones and subtle nods to Japanese chopsticks. At its center is a U-shaped bar, flanked by an open kitchen where a team of four chefs — all with experience in renowned Japanese kitchens — prepare dishes in full view.
