Brasseria, the latest establishment of the Boubess group, is a Franco-Italian influenced venue located on Pasteur Street in the Gemmayzeh neighborhood, which opened its doors on Jan. 3.Also known as Premier Leisure Holding, the Boubess group, founded in 1977 by the father of the current owners, Samir and Tarek Boubess, is a family business that employs 500 people today. Among their notable establishments are the franchise Le Relais de l’Entrecôte and the restaurants Métropole, Cozmo Café, Café Centre-ville, or Napoletana.
